1. What Sure-QR provides

Sure-QR generates QR code images and, for dynamic codes, operates a redirect service that resolves a short address on sure-qr.com to a destination you set.

Static codes are produced entirely in your browser. Dynamic codes require an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the destinations you configure and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

You may not use Sure-QR to direct people to malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is scanned. We may disable a code that does.

3. Billing, cancellation and the grace period

Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

If a payment fails, your account continues to work normally for seven days from the first failed payment. After that the account is treated as lapsed.

When an account lapses, dynamic codes redirect to the fallback URL recorded against each code. They are not disabled, frozen, or redirected to advertising.

4. Dependency of dynamic codes on Sure-QR

This clause matters more than any other on this page, so it is stated plainly. A dynamic QR code works by pointing at a short address on sure-qr.com. Every scan of a dynamic code depends on sure-qr.com continuing to operate and continuing to answer that address.

If Sure-QR ceased operation, was unreachable, or lost its domain, all dynamic redirects would stop working — including the fallback redirect. The fallback protects you against your own subscription lapsing. It cannot protect you against the service itself no longer existing, and we will not claim otherwise.

Static codes are explicitly exempt from this clause. A static code contains its destination inside the image and never contacts sure-qr.com. Nothing that happens to Sure-QR, to our domain, or to your account has any effect on a static code you have already generated.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the redirect service continuously available and treat redirect downtime as the most serious class of failure. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to logos and destinations you supply. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and to serve your codes.

You are responsible for having the right to use any logo you upload.

7. Liability

Sure-QR is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for the cost of reprinting physical material.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. The dependency clause in section 4 describes how the service works and will not be quietly softened.

9. Who you are contracting with

Sure-QR is operated by Driiv Works AS, a company registered in Norway with organisation number 828 135 562, at Bratsbergvegen 2E, 7031 Trondheim, Norway.
